Why our summer camp is one of a kind
Mad Scientists
Mad Scientists are extraordinary people. They are friendly, inquisitive, sometimes a bit mad and love to work with children. They know how excited children feel when they do experiments, because their inner child awakens. By their amazed faces and the astonishment in their eyes, you can see the gears turning in their heads.
Experiments
During our experiments you will see bubbling soap bubbles that seem to come out of nowhere. Or push a button to make a rocket launch into the sky at the speed of 200 km/h. We also have a bucket full of slime that takes 3 people to stir. And we haven’t even mentioned the innovative ideas children come up with when they are put to the test.

FAQ
What does a camp day looks like?
Every camp day has a different theme. In the morning the children learn the basics of the theme. The rest of the day they learn science with a hands-on a approach. There will be enough time to play in-between all the activities and have a drink and eat something.
+When is my payment due?
We request a down payment until June, after that the camp will be charged in full. If we have to cancel our camp unexpectedly, you will receive a notification and we will refund all costs within 4 workdays.
+Who will supervise the camp?
The Mad Scientist will be there to supervise and guide the children. There will be 1 Mad Scientist per 10-12 children. Usually there are 19 children per camp (max 24). Throughout the year our employees receive several trainings and they all have experience with working with children. There is always at least 1 Mad Scientist per 10-12 children.
+Can I cancel a booking?
The cancellation fee is €10 if you cancel from the 8th of June to 14 days before the start of the camp. We require payment of 50% of the total amount if you cancel a booking 13 to 3 days beforehand. We ask you to pay the full amount due if you cancel two days beforehand. Please cancel bookings by email.
+What is the schedule?
The doors will open at 9.00 and until 9.30 children will have time to play or experiment. The programme is scheduled from 9.30 to 15.30 with a lunch break in-between. You can pick up your children from 15.30 to 16.00. Early drop-off / pick-up if needed at the price of €7.50 per half hour.
